Notice of Herbicide Application
On Saturday, and Sunday, May 29th and 30th 2021, weather permitting, Flossmoor School District 161 will be applying an herbicide to the district’s playground areas and planting beds at Normandy Villa, Serena Hills, Western Avenue, Heather Hill, Flossmoor Hills, and Parker Junior High School. The product that will be used for this application is Scythe. This product is a broadleaf herbicide that will be used to control weeds/dandelions in these areas.
